A serious whisky with notes of fresh grass cuttings, moss, earth, petrichor, a hint of chalk dust and drying embers of maple charcoal on the nose.
The palate is ginger snaps filled with brandy cream and pickled ginger on top of the finest back cod, and some cracked pepper and sea salt.
